WorleyCord Teamco Ltd., a subsidiary of WorleyCord Lp., is seeking: *Journeyperson & Apprentice Pipefitters* To work at our *Suncor *Project in the *Fort McMurray area* *SALARY*: Up to $49.69 per hour *OVERTIME*: After 8 hours in a day, or 40 hours in a week *START DATE: *ASAP *SCHEDULE*: 14 days on, 7 days off *HOURS PER DAY: *10 hours per day *PAY SCHEDULE: *Weekly Pay (Friday) *SHIFT*: Dayshift *ACCOMODATIONS: *Camp *DURATION*: Ongoing *WORK SCOPE: *Install mods, interconnect piping, complete electrical and instrumentation for mods, tie in scope work/shutdown work *Working Conditions:* Full-time, Temporary Employee benefits provided by OpenCircle Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions *Requirements:* * Must have a valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Certification from a recognized provincial training authority * CSTS 2020 Certification * WHMIS 2015 * ESC Elevated Work Platform * ESC Fall Protection * Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision * Previous industrial construction experience is an asset *Responsibilities* * Demonstrates knowledge of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring, cutting, threading, grooving and bending of pipes, valves and fittings * Assembles and installs piping sections according to blueprints and job specifications * Performs physically demanding tasks such as cutting openings for pipe while standing for extended periods of time and securing pipe in hard-to-reach areas * Uses testing equipment effectively to check for system leaks and troubleshoot fitting errors * May perform other related duties as assigned * Complete all required safety documentation * Working at heights and outdoors Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.87-$49.69 per hour Expected hours: No more than 50 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Overtime Application question(s): * Are you available to start immediately?
