*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers both in-person and remotely, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. *Duties* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct outside sales activities to expand the customer base and increase market presence. * Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Support retail sales efforts by providing product knowledge and excellent customer service. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets. * Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity in product offerings and services. * Assist in developing promotional strategies to enhance sales performance. *Requirements* * Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred. * Strong background in outside sales or retail sales is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. * Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). * Proficiency in math skills for accurate transaction processing and reporting. * Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services effectively. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
