We provide businesses with seamless financial management, empowering them to focus on growth while we handle their bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and compliance needs. *The Role* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and manage all facets of our organization. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and client satisfaction. This role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and innovation in accounting services. *Responsibilities* * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of all services. * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting and administrative professionals. * Recruit, train, and retain top talent in line with company goals. * Foster a collaborative, client-focused company culture. * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and market expansion. * Work with the Business Development Manager tp identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings. * Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure organizational success. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. * Serve as the primary representative of the company, embodying its mission and vision in all interactions with clients and partners. * Address and resolve any client issues with professionalism and efficiency. * Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in accounting technology. * Lead the adoption of innovative tools to improve service delivery and client outcomes. * Ensure data security and compliance with all relevant regulations. * Manage the integration and optimization of cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Hubdoc, Dext or other tools. * Implement and enforce efficient processes and workflows to maximize productivity. *Education and Experience:* * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred). * 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Strong understanding of cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Hubdoc, Dext, etc.). *Skills* * Exceptional leadership and people management skills. * Strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute plans effectively. * Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in technology and a passion for driving innovation.
