*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including restoration, construction, and repair work. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality craftsmanship in residential and commercial projects. *Responsibilities* * Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. * Restore and renovate existing structures to enhance their functionality and aesthetics. * Perform tasks related to roofing, siding, drywall installation, and masonry work. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete projects. * Assemble furniture, cabinets, and other wooden items according to specifications. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met. * Conduct construction estimating to determine material requirements and project costs. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. *Skills* * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for carpentry tasks. * Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. * Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor as required.
