M3B 1Z6 *Position Type:* Part-Time *Reports To:* Manager *Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources specialist to oversee comprehensive HR management for our company, ensuring HR policies align with business strategies. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Oversee recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations 2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals 3. Manage and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness 4. Provide career development planning and training programs for employees 5. Handle employee relations issues to ensure a harmonious work environment 6. Ensure HR policies comply with relevant laws and regulations 7.
