*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate HAIR STYLIST and another BARBER or MEN'S HAIR STYLIST t to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitized environment for our clients. You will also play a key role in promoting our products and services through effective upselling techniques. Also looking for a SALON RECEPTIONIST *Duties* * Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. * Engage in retail sales by promoting hair care products that complement the services provided. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry. * Ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a positive client experience. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon environment is a plus. * Passion for hair styling and commitment to continuous learning in the field.
