WAGE: 45-60% depending on knowledge base plus mileage and driving time. (Above it says $60 per hour and that is because the program will not let us put a fee split in there. Sessions are 45 min long so you have to work 1.25 sessions to get the $60 if your split is 45%) Karp and other clinics pay their kins 30% split -- I pay new grads 45% split and you get paid mileage and travel time- you will get a raise as soon as you can perform a full assessment, progress exercises, do functional training, navigate pain etc. If you already have a lot of knowledge I can pay more up front. You could also choose to be an employee rather than contractor so you could get EI and CPP paid. LOCATION This is a mobile position and clients range from New West, Burnaby to Cambie st in Vancouver. You get paid mileage and travel time. HOURS: 2.5 days per week between 4-8 hrs per day. WHO YOU ARE: A keener who wants to be excellent at their job, helping people to move through their pain and restart activities they didn't think they could do again. If you are new, I am ready to teach you all of my secrets so you can impress your clients. As a former kinesiologist turned physiotherapist, I have found many secret pain relieving tricks and want to show them to you.
