Lebowski's Kitchen is a newly renovated and opened restaurant concept in Vic Square Mall in Regina.We are looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our team. We have finished the final stage of our renovation and are seeking people who can cook a large array of breakfast items, as well as lunch and dinner options. The ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and be a team player. *It is important that the candidate can speak and read fluent English.* Responsibilities: * Prepare food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus * Follow recipes and ensure consistency in the quality of dishes * Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of dishes * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Requirements: * 1+ years of experience as a line cook * Experience in cooking breakfast items, as well as lunch and dinner options * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English * Open availability is preferred We offer competitive pay, opportunities for quick advancement for the right experienced individual, and a positive work environment.
