Dental Hygienist Job Description: Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing - Take and develop dental x-rays - Conduct oral cancer screenings - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans Qualifications: - Valid Dental Hygiene license in [state] - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program - Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Ability to educate and motivate patients to maintain good oral health - Proficient in using dental software and technology * We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team.
