You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities</li><li>Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team</li><li>Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement</li><li>Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting</li><li>Report on team and individual performance</li><li>Develop and execute innovative sales strategies</li><li>Build and form new partnerships with potential clients</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous minimum 5 years sales experience/2 years sales management experience required</li><li>Understand the full sales cycle of a deal - from cold call to implementation</li><li>Fluency in Mandarin and English and strong verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong experience using CRM Software</li><li>Goal-oriented self-starter who is dedicated to driving sales and growth</li><li>Organized and process-driven with a strong ability to research</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience of managing a team</li><li>Real Estate related experience and connection</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>The House Club Technology Western Canada Technology Inc.
