Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system - Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality standards are met - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred - Familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures - Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting - Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety protocols is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team As a server, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
