Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects. Interpret conductivity meters and visual indicators. Use electromagnetic eddy current testing methods. Establish NDI techniques and calibration standards. Set up, calibrate, operate and interpret magnetic particle, eddy current, liquid penetrant, acoustic emission, and infrared thermographic equipment. Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. Maintain test result reports. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Personal suitability: Accurate. Efficient interpersonal skills. Organized. Reliability.
