Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures. Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations. Evaluate daily operations . Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Oversee payroll administration.
