Overview:The Retail Area Manager shall provide leadership, direction, and accountability for our Retail Stores Team in a designated region. The ideal candidate is a leader in driving results through effective sales team management, customer/guest engagement, coaching, and mentoring using all available business KPI's. Responsible for managing multiple priorities, the supervision of a team of Store Managers, retail projects, execution of initiatives to enhance performance, execution, driving top-line sales with a strong focus on profitability. You will provide sound leadership and coaching for all direct reports and will work closely with the Retail District Managers, Store Operations and all Head Office partners to ensure and support the growth and development of the region's retail team- LocationCalgary, AB
