VS Deck and Rail is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team! Collaborate with ownership on vision/direction while overseeing marketing policies and programs. Creative and openminded individuals appreciated. Experience and/or understanding of the construction industry a plus. Position is a highbred office/home work situation. *Duties* * Develop and implement new corporate website. * Maintain website ensuring it is up-to-date with relevant content and optimized for user experience. * Oversee the digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation. * Photography - onsite and editing. * Debrief clients on completion of projects and encourage feedback. * Light IT duties. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in digital marketing. * Strong understanding of HTML and web development principles. * Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance effectively. * Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices. * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
