The incumbent will provide support to the organization's various departments for activities with a communications impact.<br><br><strong>Responsabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring the execution of the organization's communications plan and associated strategies, while providing support in the development and realization;</li><li>Contributing to the mobilization and coordination of essential resources and elements to carry out communications projects;</li><li>Supporting team members in their daily tasks;</li><li>Playing an essential role in ensuring coherent and effective communication between departments for the benefit of the organization's public affairs;</li><li>Actively supporting departments in their public affairs activities;</li><li>Preparing, in collaboration with the team, multi-platform communications strategies to achieve organizational objectives;</li><li>Coordinating all writing and translation activities;</li><li>Seting up and managing the press review;</li><li>Collaborating with service providers and ensure compliance with mandates;</li><li>Contributing to maintaining frank and open exchanges that enable cohesion and effective teamwork;</li><li>Maintaining and supplying the organization's promotional material;</li><li>Efficiently planning and coordinating events and activities in collaboration with the communications team and other departments.</li></ul><strong>You have</strong><br><ul><li>A strong writing skills;</li><li>A significant experience in public relations, digital communications, marketing, social media, websites, promotional campaigns;</li><li>A good priority management and organizational skills;</li><li>An excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills;</li><li>Dynamic, proactive and creative.</li></ul><strong>You are</strong><br><ul><li>A team player with great flexibility;</li><li>Gifted with a good sense of public affairs and excellent critical judgment;</li><li>Able to understand the issues and interests of different stakeholders;</li><li>Meticulous and rigorous.</li></ul>
