Guys Custom Cabinets specializes in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Construction and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Manager to join our team. This role focuses on overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from estimating to completion. If you?re passionate about quality craftsmanship and thrive in managing diverse construction projects, we?d love to hear from you! *Project Estimation & Planning* Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate costs for kitchen construction and remodeling projects, ensuring alignment with client budgets. Material Procurement: Order materials based on project needs and specifications while staying within budget and timeline constraints. Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain timelines to ensure all phases of construction are completed on schedule. *Project Management* Supervision: Oversee installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project goals. Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and verify that work meets company standards. Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the construction process, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during project execution to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications: * Proven experience in construction management, ideally within the kitchen or home interior industry. * Strong skills in cost estimation, material procurement, and project scheduling. * Proficiency in using imperial measuring tapes and other construction tools. * Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members. * Familiarity with kitchen design software is an asset but not required.
