Description We currently have an opening for a full-time position as a MOA in a busy cardiology/physiotherapy office. Duties: 1. Scanning, copying, importing patient files and faxing documentation. 2. Answering telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: 1. MOA certificate/diploma. 2. Familiar with Health Quest, Med Access and EMR system. 3. Must speak clear and fluent English. 4. Maintain a flexible work schedule. 5. Must possess a positive, friendly, helpful, and mature attitude and work as a team with their colleagues. 6. Ability to multitask in a timely and efficient manner. 7. Must be a quick learner and one who takes initiative in their work. 8. Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of computers. 9. Strong computer and data entry skills. 10. Must have experience in a physiotherapy clinic. 11. Experience with Jane app and Practice Perfect software. 12. Experience with private billing. Assets: 1. Medical Office Assistant Diploma 2. Previous experience within a medical clinic. 3. Proficient in typing. Benefits - RSP available after 3 months of employment.
