*Overview:* Osmow is seeking energetic and passionate people to join our team. We are looking for team members that embody our core values of integrity, honesty, hard work, teamwork, trust, respect, and accountability. *Responsibilities:* * Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards. * Monitor and ensure completion of checklists (morning/opening, cleaning, etc.) and verify logs via audits or cameras. * Conduct random camera checks * Investigate negative feedback, discuss with supervisors/managers, and implement preventive measures. * Address staff complaints * Oversee staff hiring, resignation, and onboarding processes. * Review audit reports, and emails. * Ensure timely inventory submissions * Track any faulty equipment and report to management * Complete training courses online * Scheduling the staff * Monitor food costs and target hours with managers and supervisors. * Organize monthly store performance reviews and bonus discussions. We have a complete management system to support training. *Requirement:* Exceptional customer service skills in person and on calls. * Taking and preparing orders. * Disciplined and follow duty schedules. * Prepare food, grill and handle multitasking. * Follow the cleaning schedule and restaurant maintenance. * Quick learner and able to handle the task with minimum supervision. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationThunder Bay, ON
