We are seeking a General Manager - Virtual Reality Arcade to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and leading the activities of the VR arcade team and facility.
Responsibilities:
Full range of Customer Service for all customers and patrons including:
* Waiver completion and check-in
* Answer questions from potential customers: in-store and email
* Provide tours to new guests or prospective franchisees
* Assist customers in setting up the VR equipment and games
* Assist in cleaning stations after each use
* Ensure all hardware is in working order
* Organize, schedule and lead staff meetings
* Create, adjust, and distribute schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
* Train, evaluate, direct and lead new and existing staff
* Respond to all online reviews, to ensure every customer feels valued, in a timely manner
* Test and assess new games and new builds of existing games
* Schedule, participate in, and staff, additional off-site events as they arise
* Arcade inventory tracking and ordering & equipment failure reporting
* Technical support at the arcade
* Handle software issues with games
* Repair hardware where possible
* Deep cleaning of the PCs and other hardware
* Assist in troubleshooting technical issues for other Ctrl V locations
Be the primary contact/responder of the location email address and phone, including:
* Customer questions
* Booking changes
* Customer account troubleshooting
* Online booking process troubleshooting
* Donations and sponsorship requests
* Resolve escalated customer complaints
* Attend meetings and group calls
* Other day-to-day tasks as they may arise

* Ability to climb a 3-step ladder

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year

* Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
