We offer paid lunches and other bonuses. *About the Position* * Support all internal and external HR related matters, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and maintaining agendas. * Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation. * Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity. * Maintain employee personnel records. * Develop and maintain talent management processes. * Providing assistance with Health and Safety-related matters, including checks on first aid kits, MSDS sheets, and other items. * Completing data entry related to staff performance as well as production tracking measures regarding quality. *Qualifications:* * Bachelors Degree or College Degree in Human Resources or related (Mandatory). * 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (Preferred). *Salary*: From $40,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * Human Resources: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationConcord, ON
