Job details

Tasks: Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements. Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings. Participate in field surveys, inspections or technical investigations. Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates. Prepare engineering designs and drawings. Prepare project schedules. Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations and testing of construction materials. Provide consultation services to government and other organizations. Provide public education seminars/sessions. Present the views of an association or organization to members, the media and the general public. Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies. Initiate and maintain contact with the media. Design electrical and electronic components, systems and equipment. Design and develop programs. Assist in design, development and testing. Carry out analysis of research data and prepare research reports. Represent clients internationally in consultation with foreign associates and attorneys. Transcribe recorded dictation in accordance with established formats or written documentation from medical reports, correspondence, health records and patient information. Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
