We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused *Customer Service Representative / Lead Management Coordinator* to join our team and oversee the management of inbound leads.
*Job Description*
The *Customer Service Representative / Lead Management Coordinator* will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries and converting leads into in-person appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Lead Management:*
* Oversee and manage the company?s inbound lead system.
* Call, text, and email each lead using our CRM software system.
* Track and assign incoming leads to the appropriate team members.
* *Lead Conversion:*
* Engage with potential customers to convert inbound leads into in-person appointments.
* Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth coordination for the sales team.
* *CRM Oversight:*
* Manage and maintain the CRM software daily, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
* Update and oversee automated messages and engagement strategies to optimize lead conversions.
* *Customer Engagement:*
* Provide a high level of customer service through phone, text, and email exchanges.
* Build rapport with leads to ensure a positive customer experience.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* *Experience:*
* Customer service experience is strongly encouraged.
* *Skills:*
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage leads effectively.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with customers and team members.
* Proficiency with CRM software or a willingness to learn.
* *Location:*
* Must work onsite at our Scarborough office.
