*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric dental team on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45-4:00pm The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and education to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, passion for working with children and the ability to work collaboratively within a dental office environment. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for children. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in Dentrix software. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols. * Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. * Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care. *Requirements* * Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. * Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software. * Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
