Story Behind the Need • Business group: The CRM Global Technology Applications team supporting Global Banking & Markets Wholesale clients. • Project: Salesforce CRM technology has advanced since our last major update. The goal of the Salesforce project is to digitize, modernize our Salesforce instance by enhancing frequently used workflows, connecting with 3rd party data and integrating with other internal systems. You will be responsible for working with consultants and business stakeholders to analyze, verify existing workflow and identify gaps for enhancements, system integrations required. You will remove barriers throughout the project enabling the development and deployment of quality solutions that meet these requirements • Reason for request: Project in need of active support for new initiatives Candidate- LocationToronto, ON
