Job Title: Payroll Clerk Location: Toronto, Ontario Length of Assignment: Temporary - Permanent Salary: $17.00 - $18.00/hour Job Responsibilities: Help maintain and support the payroll system for employees Assist in ensuring the accurate payment of salaries to tight timescales; be able to help cover payroll vacations Assist with union dues . Payroll data entry and processing of bi-weekly payroll and expenses etc. Assist in year End payroll processing and year end remittances Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts prior to sending the payroll Alter employee tax status as needed as well as- LocationToronto, ON
