We are a Real Estate Law Firm practicing in Ottawa, with our main branch located in the Downtown-East Toronto area. We practice Residential & Commercial Real Estate, along with Wills & Estates and Corporate Law. We are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our growing practice at our Ottawa office. We require: The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, duties and responsibilities : - Knows how to handle all aspect of real estate transactions from start to end *- Location: Ottawa - This will be a hybrid role. * - Training will be done remotely from our Ottawa Office - Experience with Unity and Teraview and Microsoft Word - Has the ability to supervise and oversee the law clerks handling of residential purchase, sale, and refinance transactions - Has the ability to explain the legal processes and procedures related to real estate transactions to clients - Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines - Strong organizational skills - Willingness to take initiative and ability to work independently - Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario - Professional, punctual and excellent communication skills, both written and oral The right candidate is someone who is independent and personable. This is a job for a self-starter that wants autonomy, the infrastructure of a successful firm, and the ability to work and further grow a steady stream of referrals from a source of existing relationships with clients and referral sources.
