*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various nursing environments, including home care, pediatrics, and acute care settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. *Duties* * Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings including home care, hospitals, and nursing homes. * Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. * Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs. * Utilize electronic health record systems such as Cerner and Epic for documentation and communication. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively. * Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans. * Perform laboratory tests and interpret results as necessary. * Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team. *Qualifications* * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. * Experience in home care, pediatrics, or acute care preferred. * Proficiency with electronic health record systems such as Cerner or Epic is a plus. * Strong clinical skills with a focus on medication administration and patient assessment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
