*DESCRIPTION:* _Intercept Security Services is on the look out for smart, attentive and safety-oriented Security Guard personnel within our __*Kelowna region *__who are skilled and licensed to provide security services to our individual and corporate clients._ _If this sounds like you, we are happy to welcome you onboard._ _The role is open for immediate __*Full time *__employment and would be filled as soon as we get the right candidates._ *DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Maintain a high standard of security. * Safeguard clients against theft, invasion/damage to property and trespassing. * Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or company vehicle * Record activities and occurrences in security notebook. * Other miscellaneous duties related to ensuring security and safety of the site, clients, and visitors. *REQUIREMENTS:* * BC Security Service Worker License * Mobile phone for safety and emergencies * Own car. * Atleast 3 to 6 months experience. *BENEFITS:* * Full time Time positions. * On-the-job training * Possible raise after the 90 day probation period. * Extended health benefits. * Competitive hourly wage rate based on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 36 ? 44 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Kelowna, BC V1Y 2A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Security Guard Licence (required) Location: * Kelowna, BC V1Y 2A3 (required) Work Location: In person- LocationKelowna, BC
