This role involves maintaining endpoint infrastructure, managing software deployment, and implementing patch management strategies to ensure endpoint security and compliance. The Endpoint Management Engineer works closely with IT, Security, and other departments to provide consistent and reliable endpoint services across all organizational devices. *Key Responsibilities* * *Endpoint Management* * Manage and support endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets via Microsoft M365 Endpoint Manager * Oversee endpoint provisioning, deployment, and de-provisioning processes to maintain a consistent and secure device lifecycle. * *PowerShell Scripting* * Develop, test, and deploy PowerShell scripts and automation solutions for administrative tasks, system configurations, and troubleshooting. * Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency across IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. * Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable and effective scripting solutions. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing scripts and processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement improvements. * Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices when designing and executing scripts. * Maintain accurate documentation for scripts, automation processes, and workflows. * Stay updated on scripting technologies, automation trends, and industry best practices. * *Software Deployment and Patch Management* * Develop, manage, and monitor automated software deployment and patching schedules for all endpoints. * Implement, test, and troubleshoot patches, ensuring all devices comply with security standards. * Manage deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus, JAMF) to streamline software distribution and updates. * *Endpoint Security* * Ensure endpoints comply with organizational security policies and standards. * Coordinate with the security team to address endpoint vulnerabilities through regular patching, software updates, and security configuration enforcement. * Monitor and manage antivirus and endpoint protection solutions across devices. * *Configuration Management* * Maintain standard configurations for endpoint devices, including operating system settings, security policies, and network configurations. * Develop and document configuration standards and ensure compliance across all devices. * *Troubleshooting and Support* * Act as the escalation point for complex endpoint-related issues. * Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve software deployment, patching, and endpoint security incidents. * Provide technical expertise for elevated support reque
