Seeking mindful cleaners to join our residential eco-cleaning team! Right now we are seeking 1 cleaner ideally located centrally (around Westboro), to be able to cover both the West end (Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven, Carp) and downtown areas of Ottawa (Glebe, Old Ottawa South, Sandy Hill, New Edinburg, Westboro, Hintenburg), and occasionally in other areas of the city. Do you have your own car? Hi. My name is Sahaj and I'm the owner of this small Ottawa-based cleaning company. My vision is to grow a company of calm joyful cleaners who love to work in varied environments, while also getting some good exercise, and being valued for the work they do. I know cleaning houses can be hard sometimes. That?s true. It can also be incredibly satisfying to see a house go from dirty and cluttered, to clean and calm, because of what we do. My company specializes in Green Cleaning and I'm passionate about clean, well-organized homes, and people, and making ?work? enjoyable. I'm seeking one full-time cleaner to join our team of home refreshers. We work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (although sometimes we do get requests for weekend cleaning also). You may be asked to drive a bit as sometimes we have last-minute bookings in various areas of the city. _Your english must be excellent, as well as your ability to communicate well and respectfully with clients._ *Job description* *Some of the perks of working for us:* We have *flexible hours*, depending upon whether or not you prefer to work 20 hours or 40 hours in a week. Whether you?re a mom who wants to work mid-day shifts, a student wanting to work a few hours, or you're wanting to build yourself a full roster of clients, we have a schedule to suit your needs. *Great Wage Rates:* I typically start most of our cleaners at $22 per hour (and move you up to $25 per hour after your 3 month probation period, assuming you've had happy clients within your first 3 months). You also get to keep any tips you make. *Write-off your expenses:* given that you will be employed as a contractor, you?ll have the bonus of being able to write off some of your car expenses, cleaning supplies, cell phone, and any other things you?ll need for work. *Weekly Pay:* many companies pay once per month or even every 2 weeks. I pay you once per week so that you never have to wait too long before getting paid, and I always pay my cleaners on time. (Believe it or not, some companies do not). *Great Clients:* I've cleaned before, and still do, which is why I know how important it is to have clients who are easy to clean for. We attract great clients, which means I get to pass on that benefit to you.
