<p></p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>Located in Lévis, the Marronniers residence offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for autonomous seniors and those with a slight loss of autonomy. The resident attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.<BR><BR>Schedule: permanent part-time night position, 56 hours per two weeks, one weekend out of two</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around</li><li>Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations</li><li>Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations</li><li>Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li><li>While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Formation of PDSB</li><li>Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training</li><li>Law 90 training (an asset)</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Applicable government premium in effect</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Floating days off</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Part Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Night time</div>- LocationLévis, QC
