<p>The private seniors' residence Les Marronniers, located in Old Lévis, is looking for a person to fill a full-time evening heavy maintenance attendant position. Free parking and stable schedule. We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time maintenance attendant position. Apartment renovations and resident requisitions + all other related tasks: flooring, painting, plastering</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>Schedule: <BR>- a full-time position Monday to Friday during the day with one weekend out of 2 <BR>From 8:00am to 4:00pm</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Clean entryways and common areas</li><li>Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas</li><li>Maintain and clean the premises</li><li>Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment</li><li>Supervise the maintenance of the equipment</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Good communication</li><li>No experience necessary</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>To be discussed</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>Career Opportunity</li><li>Human management approach</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationLévis, QC
