Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Identify workers' training needs. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus.
