Located on the banks of the Richelieu, the residence is warm and is happy to welcome autonomous and semi-autonomous residents. Here we have delicious full meals at low prices, free parking, a social club, continuing education, and free coffee and smiles!<BR><BR>We are looking for a Maitre d'hôtel with a positive attitude to bring the dining room crew together to provide 5-star service to our residents. The Dining Room Manager plans and directs activities related to dining room service. He/she ensures the smooth running of the meal service, manages the staff involved and ensures that outstanding customer service is maintained. <BR>Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday, every other weekend, with variable hours as needed between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Collaborate in the safety of residents and staff by ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in the dining room</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen employees to ensure good teamwork</li><li>Contribute and ensure the maintenance of the cleanliness of the dining room by taking on some household chores, in collaboration with the whole team</li><li>Greet residents in the dining room and ensure their comfort</li><li>Participate in table service with your team of waiters</li><li>Present the daily menus, the à la carte menu and answer residents' questions about food and cooking, in collaboration with colleagues in the kitchen</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Experience in personnel management</li><li>knowledge of a Maitre D's responsibilities (an asset)</li><li>At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in restoration</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Free meals</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationMcMasterville, QC
