<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Position Overview:<br />We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Architect to design and develop scalable, high-performance software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience with architecture design, and the ability to make key technical decisions that impact the direction of our software solutions. As a Software Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation of efficient, reliable, and innovative software products that meet the needs of our business and customers.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br />Architectural Design & Development:</p><p>Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable software architecture for large-scale applications.<br />Collaborate with development teams to ensure the architecture aligns with project requirements and business objectives.<br />Identify key architectural patterns and solutions to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.<br />Technical Leadership:</p><p>Lead technical decision-making, balancing trade-offs between performance, maintainability, scalability, and security.<br />Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.<br />Ensure the technical quality of the software by reviewing code and design, addressing technical debt, and improving the development process.<br />System Integration & Optimization:</p><p>Ensure the integration of various system components, tools, and technologies across multiple platforms.<br />Optimize software systems for high availability, performance, and scalability, while considering long-term maintainability.</p><p>Qualifications:<br />Education:</p><p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.<br />Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.<br />Experience:</p><p>5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.<br />Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance software systems.<br />Strong background in system design, application integration, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).</p></div></div>- LocationToronto, ON
