Manager of Finance- Hybrid Bracebridge, North Bay or Sundridge Salary: $45.51 per hour (commensurate with education and experience) Position Overview: The Manager of Finance is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's financial operations. This includes ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all financial processes, while leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions. Working closely with the Director, the Finance Manager will develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's objectives. As a key member of the Leadership Team, this individual will act with integrity and uphold the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and Leadership Model.
