Job Description: Personal Support Worker (PSW) Employer: SereneAid (Partnering Retirement Homes) Location: Halliburton (Partnering Retirement Homes) Pay Rate: $20.40 CAD per hour Benefits: Free overnight stay for shifts when required. Comprehensive training and orientation. Complimentary scrubs provided. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal hygiene and all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Provide attendant care services, including transferring, lifting, bathing, assisting with meals, and personal care. Assist with medication management under supervision and in accordance with organizational policies. Perform light housekeeping tasks and provide nurturing assistance, including pet care. Promote the welfare, dignity, and individual rights of residents in accordance with organizational standards. Follow Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) protocols and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Adhere to organizational health and safety policies, reporting any concerns promptly. Complete- LocationHaliburton, ON
