The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to analyze customer inquiries effectively. *Duties* * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. * Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues efficiently. * Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. *Experience* * Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. * Proficiency in English is required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
