We believe in treating every customer like the most important person in the world, because to us, they are. Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service. If you have a background in construction or knowledge of power tools, that's a plus! Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile.Handle customer calls and process orders for pick-up or delivery.Become a product expert through in-person and virtual training sessions.Maintain and fill product displays to ensure they are always well-stocked. Qualifications:Proven customer service experience.Background in construction and/or knowledge of power tools is an asset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer:Competitive salary: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year.Full-time, permanent position.Comprehensive training and development opportunities.A supportive and friendly work environment.Company PensionExcellent Benefits Package including : Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance How to Apply: If you are passionate about customer service and eager to join a team that values your contributions, we would love to hear from you!
