*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee daily delivery operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient delivery processes while maintaining high standards of quality and service. *Duties* * Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including recruiting, scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and optimizing fleet. * Oversee the transportation management systems (TMS) to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. * Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate pricing with suppliers. * Analyze logistics data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Lead a team of logistics personnel, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. *Requirements* * Proven experience in logistics management or a related field, preferably within a warehouse or distribution environment. * Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, e-commerce logistics, shipping, and receiving operations. * Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions regarding logistics operations. * Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person- LocationOttawa, ON
