*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our fast growing team. This role focuses on developing new business relationships, finding leads for dump run services, and growing our presence with small to midsize clients in the city. If you're a creative, self-driven individual with a passion for sales and community impact, we want to hear from you!
*Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our waste removal, 'Junk Run' services through networking, cold calling, and market research.
* Promoting our services through business-to-business sales, identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions and preparing quotes for both new and existing clients.
* Conduct research to uncover potential business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with small to midsize clients.
* Expand client demographics and explore untapped market opportunities.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Act as a representative of Willy's Dump Runs, showcasing our commitment to affordability, customer service and community impact.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in outside sales or business development is required.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
* Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Familiarity in waste management sales is preferred but not required.
* Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
* A self-starter who is motivated by achieving goals and driving results.
