_*We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team.*_
*What you?ll do*
As a HR Officer, you will be handling all-rounded HR aspect. Including but not limited to?
*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*
* Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
* Collaborate with store managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
* Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing requirements.
*HR Administration*
* Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.
* Process onboarding and offboarding paperwork, including new hire orientations and exit interviews.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
*Compliance & Reporting*
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all HR activities.
* Prepare regular HR reports on recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
*Employee Engagement & Support*
* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and workshops.
* Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and escalate issues to the HR Director when necessary.
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
*What you?ll need*
* Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
