*Customer Service Representative* Pacific Western Charters is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Northern Health Connections operation in Prince George. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a key position that requires confidentiality, maturity, diplomacy and the ability to work with all levels of staff and the public. *The shifts for this position will be on Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.* *Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transit servicing the business location.* *Wage: $17.50 per hour* *Knowledge and Skills Required* * Exemplary customer service skills with previous experience in a customer facing / customer service position * Previous experience in an administrative role * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office * Ability to remain composed, tactful, and professional in all communications * Team-oriented with the ability to work with little supervision * Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure * Excellent communication skills ? written and verbal * Confident, pleasant and welcoming disposition *Principal Duties and Responsibilities* * Book travel and process ticket sales * Answer phones / respond to client or passenger inquiries * Assist drivers with inquiries or concerns * Creation of memos and other written documents * Filing of invoices * Arrange hotel room bookings for drivers * Restock and order supplies * Data entry for fuel and other information * Various other administrative duties as required Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Benefits: * Employee assistance program * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift Work Location: In person- LocationPrince George, BC
