*Administrative Assistant*
Join our growing team at 360 Construction Consultants, a trusted name in commercial construction. We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Assistant who can evolve into a Project Coordinator role in a fast paced environment to support our commercial construction projects.
*Applicants being considered for this position should possess the following skills and abilities:*
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & G suite
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in commercial or office environments, project management, is an asset
* Construction knowledge (blueprint reading, AutoCAD) is a plus
*Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:*
* Provide administrative support to management and project teams
* Track projects, manage schedules, and assist with take-offs
* Organize records, update project management software regularly
* Handle office tasks (filling, scanning, printing, etc.)
* Manage communications and project files
