POSITION SUMMARY The role of the Public Works Labourer is to work within maintenance standards, programs and plans established by the Public Works Foreman. This position also supports the maintenance and repairs of equipment, roads, sidewalks and other infrastructure for the Town. JOB DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Support the Public Works team in the maintenance of roads, sidewalks, storm sewer, street drainage, curb and gutter, cemetery operations as well as associated construction activities. Carry out work assignments using a variety of equipment, hand and power tools. Responsible for the safe and effective use of equipment and selects the correct equipment to perform all jobs. Responsible for sidewalk concrete replacement, pothole and patching of roads, barricade installation and removal, alley maintenance,- LocationCoaldale, AB
