Position Scope: The Coordinator of Care is responsible for managing the nursing program within Mountain Lea Lodge, in accordance with the vision, mission and values of the Mountains & Meadows Care Group and promoting consistent quality support and care to the residents who live within Mountain Lea Lodge. This will include direct supervision and management of the Long Term Care Assistants ,Continuing Care Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Registered Nurses/ Supervisors within the facility. Responsibilities: Has input in the development of programs that meet the social, recreational, spiritual and personal needs of the residents In collaboration with the Care Team ensure resident care plan and review meetings occur in a timely manner. Weekly phlebotomy Accompanies doctor during- LocationBridgetown, NS
