We are a growing startup looking for a passionate developer ready to make an impact and grow with the company. *About the Role:* We?re seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with a strong technical foundation and a desire to grow into a leadership role. You?ll work closely with our lead developer, contributing to the technical execution of MetricLy?s MVP while helping to shape its scalability and future. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company and play a significant role in building a groundbreaking platform from the ground up. *Key Responsibilities:* Front-End Development: Build intuitive, responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Back-End Development: Implement scalable, secure APIs and core functionality using Go and Python. Database Management: Work with relational, graph, and vector databases to optimize data handling. Collaboration: Work closely with our lead developer and research team to align technical execution with project goals. System Maintenance: Support and maintain the platform post-launch, addressing bugs and implementing updates. Growth and Leadership: Develop skills to take on greater responsibility and eventually grow into a technical lead role. *Qualifications:* Proficiency in Go, Python, JavaScript, and API development. Experience with relational and graph databases; familiarity with vector databases is a plus. Hands-on experience with front-end libraries / frameworks. Familiarity with Git/version control systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
