*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong understanding of computer networking principles and the ability to provide exceptional technical support to both internal teams and external clients. Cisco, FortiNet *Duties* * Design, configure, and manage local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure reliable connectivity. * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high levels of service availability. * Implement and manage firewalls to protect sensitive data and ensure network security. * Provide technical support for operating systems and office applications, assisting users with connectivity issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify network requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. * Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users. * Proficient in various operating systems including Linux, with a solid understanding of their networking capabilities. * Experience with computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols. * Familiarity with firewall configurations and security best practices. * Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Experience using project management tools like Jira for task tracking.
