<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Looking for a professional Draftsperson with the following qualifications:</p><p>• A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Engineering or related field.</p><p>• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs.</p><p>• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines.</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Experience in construction, and specifically the metal cladding industry, is preferred.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What you will do,</strong></p><p>The selected candidate's primary responsibilities will be to:</p><p>• Prepare construction shop drawings using AutoCAD.</p><p>• Review Architectural, Structural and Steel Fabrication drawings for each project.</p><p>• Review internal files, specifications, addenda and other project documents.</p><p>• Prepare order cutlists and bills of materials as required for each project.</p><p>• Co-ordinate with internal staff (Estimators, Project Managers, Senior Managers) as required.</p><p>• Co-ordinate with external contacts (General Contractors, Architects, Engineers) as required.</p><p> </p></div></div>- LocationCambridge, ON
